Drover lacked a forum for long-form content, so a blog was the perfect solution to house it. With Drover subscriptions being a more complicated concept to consumers than straight-up car buying, their customers regularly seek further information before becoming a paying customer.
I devise blog strategy and content, in coordination with Drover’s product, sales and merchandising teams to help synergise the business needs with customer communications. The blog also serves as a great SEO tool, and we frequently promote articles across social media as a customer re-engagement tool.
